Delete your Nimbio account

How to delete your account

1. Open the Nimbio App and log in. If you are not logged in, enter your phone number, followed by the verification code you receive.
2. Once you are logged in, tap on the profile icon in the top right corner to access your Nimbio profile
3. In your profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Delete Account” 
4. When asked to confirm, select “Delete”

Within 24 hours of deleting your account, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you won’t be able to retrieve your information. 

Please note: records of your digital key usage in the past, including the name and phone number associated with your account, will not be deleted.
