What does Nimbio do?
Nimbio provides cellular smart access control: we turn existing electronic gates, doors, and locks into app-controlled smart entry. We specialize in retrofitting legacy electronic gates, doors, and call boxes for gated communities, multifamily housing, commercial properties, single-family homes, and buildings of every kind, all controlled through a smartphone app. Because the system runs entirely over the cellular network, there is no Wi-Fi to install and no local network to maintain.
What makes a cellular retrofit different?
Most “smart” access systems assume you will replace your gate hardware or run a Wi-Fi bridge to a nearby router. Nimbio takes the opposite approach.
