Scope

This Accessibility Statement applies to the website located at nimbio.com (the “Website”), operated by Nimbio Labs (“Nimbio”). It does not apply to the Nimbio mobile applications, to the Nimbio community administration portal, or to websites operated by third parties.

Reference Standard

Nimbio uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as the reference standard for the accessibility of the Website. The Website has not been independently audited against that standard, and Nimbio makes no representation that every page of the Website conforms to it.

Design Standards

Nimbio’s design standards for the Website call for:

body text with a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background;
buttons, links and other controls with a touch target of at least 48 by 48 pixels; and
a visible focus indicator on interactive elements for visitors who navigate by keyboard.

Known Limitations

Some content on the Website is provided by third parties, including the embedded contact form and embedded videos. Nimbio does not control the accessibility of that content. Some older pages and blog posts may not meet the design standards described above.
