Gate Call Links That Load Every Time
What changed: The page you open from a gate call text sometimes got stuck while loading, leaving the Answer Call button greyed out, so answering seemed to work some times and not others. It now loads reliably, quietly retries if your connection drops for a moment, and if your visitor has already hung up, it tells you so instead of waiting forever.
Where to find it: The text message you receive when a visitor calls you from your community’s GuestView directory.
What you’ll see: The Answer Call button is ready as soon as the page finishes loading. If the call truly can’t be reached, you’ll see “Couldn’t load the call. Please try again.” with a Try Again button. If you join after your visitor has left, the call screen says “The caller has hung up” rather than showing “Calling” with a spinner.
