You may return your Nimbio hardware within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Both new (unopened) and slightly used items are accepted.

• Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery
• Accepted condition: new or slightly used
• Return method: by mail
• Return shipping cost: free

To start a return, contact Nimbio support with your order number. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Orders are shipped within the United States.

• Handling time: 1–2 business days before your order ships
• Carrier transit time: 3–5 business days once shipped
• Shipping cost: free
