Faster Page Load

What changed: The community-manager site now loads each page’s code only when you open that page, instead of downloading everything when you first sign in.

Where to find it: Everywhere — most noticeable on first sign-in and on slower connections.

What you’ll see: The site becomes usable sooner after loading; opening a page you haven’t visited yet may briefly show a spinner while it loads.

What you need to do: No action needed.

See Gate Status Changes Right Inside Your Access Logs

What changed: If your community has gate status reporting set up, the Access Logs view can now show the gate’s actual open/closed status changes woven into the log next to the key opens — all on one timeline, ordered by time. It’s controlled by a simple toggle, so the existing view is unchanged until you turn it on.

Where to find it: CM sidebar > Access Logs > “Show gate status changes” toggle (next to the date pickers).

What you’ll see: With the toggle on, gate status events (e.g. “Gate Open” / “Gate Closed”) appear interleaved with the access entries by timestamp. These status rows are lightly shaded and labeled with a “Gate Status” source so they’re easy to tell apart from member opens. The CSV export includes them too. Communities that don’t have gate status reporting configured won’t see any added rows.

What you need to do: No action needed — flip the toggle on when you want the extra context.

Member Access Codes Now Display Correctly

What changed: Directory access codes created for community members now show up in the access-code list with all their details. Previously a code could be created but the list rendered blank rows, so it looked like nothing had been saved.

Where to find it: Community page > Directory tab > member access codes section.

What you’ll see: Each access code row now shows the member’s name, the code value, its expiry (when one is set), and the names of the gates it opens. Toggling a code’s disabled state now updates immediately.

What you need to do: No action needed.

Who this affects: Community Managers (and Nimbio Admins, who share the same Directory tab).

Smarter Reconnect for Idle Tabs and Network Blips

What changed: The community-manager site now handles network interruptions and long-idle tabs more gracefully. Brief connection drops recover silently in the background instead of flashing the “Reconnecting” dialog every time. When you switch back to a CM tab that has been in the background for more than two minutes, the app quietly verifies the connection is still healthy and re-establishes it if not. After ten minutes in the background, it skips the probe and forces a clean reconnect immediately, so the page is responsive the moment you come back.

Where to find it: Anywhere across the community-manager site — this is a behind-the-scenes change to how the app stays connected. Most noticeable when you return to a CM tab you left open while doing something else, or on a flaky Wi-Fi connection.

What you’ll see: The “Reconnecting” dialog no longer pops up for every 2-second hiccup. Tabs left idle in the background no longer take a long beat to “wake up” when you return — the connection refresh is invisible. Longer outages still surface the dialog so you know the system is working on it.

What you need to do: No action needed.
