Access Code Gate Opening
What changed: Guests can now enter an access code to open the gate directly from the community directory — no video call needed. Members create these codes and share them with expected visitors for quick, convenient entry.
Where to find it: Visit the community directory (via QR code scan or direct link) > select a resident > enter access code
What you’ll see: On directory listings where the member has an active access code, you’ll see an access code entry field. Type in the code you received from the resident, and the gate opens automatically.
What you need to do: When a resident shares an access code with you, visit the community directory, find their listing, and enter the code. The gate will open if the code is valid and within its scheduled hours.

Three Directory Display Modes
What changed: The community directory now supports three display modes: people only, homes only, or both people and homes. Community managers configure which mode their directory uses, giving visitors the most relevant view for their community.
Where to find it: The directory page (accessed via QR code or direct link)
What you’ll see: Depending on how the community manager configured the directory, you’ll see either a list of residents, a list of home addresses, or both — each with their own call or open actions.
What you need to do: No action needed — the display mode is set by your community manager. Browse the directory as you normally would.

Home Listings with Video Calling
What changed: When the directory includes homes, each home listing shows the address and allows visitors to start a video call with all residents at that home. This makes it easy to reach the right household even if you don’t know a specific resident’s name.
Where to find it: Community directory page > home listings
What you’ll see: Home entries display the address and a “Call” button. Tapping it starts a video call that rings all residents associated with that home.
What you need to do: Find the home you’re visiting in the directory and tap “Call” to reach the residents. Any resident at that home can answer and let you in.

Search Across Names and Addresses
What changed: The directory search bar now works across both resident names and home addresses. Find who you’re looking for whether you know their name or just their address.
Where to find it: Community directory page > search bar at the top
What you’ll see: A search bar that filters results as you type. Results include matching resident names and home addresses.
What you need to do: Start typing the name of the person you’re visiting or their address. The directory filters in real time to show matching results.

Custom Display Names
What changed: Members who have set custom display names are now shown with their chosen name in the directory instead of their real name. This gives residents control over how they appear to visitors.
Where to find it: Community directory page > member listings
What you’ll see: Residents appear with the name they’ve chosen to display, which may differ from their legal name.
What you need to do: No action needed — look for the resident by whatever name they’ve shared with you. If they’ve set a custom display name, that’s what you’ll see in the directory.
