Add Your PO to a Shipment
What changed: The shipping form you receive from a Nimbio agent now lets you enter a purchase order or reference number of your own.
Where to find it: The shipping form opened from the secure link Nimbio sends you — a “PO / reference number” field under Company.
What you’ll see: An optional box for whatever reference your company needs on the shipment. If a Nimbio agent already noted a PO for you, it appears already filled in so you can confirm or correct it instead of it being lost. The field is free text and can be left blank.
What you need to do: Nothing, unless your company requires a PO on the order — in which case enter it before submitting.

Pages Reconnect Themselves on a Phone
What changed: GuestView no longer gets stuck showing “Connecting…” after a phone’s screen locks or the visitor switches to another app and comes back. It reconnects on its own instead of needing a reload.
Where to find it: Anywhere in GuestView on a phone — this affects the whole site, not one page.
What you’ll see: You come back to your browser and the page simply carries on working, whether you were away for a few seconds or all afternoon. Before, you’d find “Connecting…” and a spinner that never finished. The same recovery happens when the phone picks the signal back up after a dead spot, and when you return to the page using the back button. Anything that updates by itself on screen, such as gate status, starts working again after that reconnect rather than quietly staying frozen on a page that looks fine.

Guest Link Pages: Tap a Link, Open the Gate
What changed: Event and guest links shared with you now open a clean page that shows what the link is for and which gates it opens.
Where to find it: Tap any Nimbio event or guest link someone shares with you (links look like d.nimbio.com/e/… or d.nimbio.com/l/…).
What you’ll see: For an event: the event’s name, details, and a button for each gate it opens, with the active hours shown in your local time. For a guest link: the gate buttons and how many uses are left. Tap a gate and watch it open. If the link hasn’t started yet, has ended, is used up, or was turned off, the page tells you plainly. Some communities ask you to verify your phone number first — enter it, type the texted code, and you’re brought right back to open the gate.
What you need to do: No action needed.
